Dan, issue #1 misses the point to some extent. The problem with sexual abuse in churches is less about the abuse (whoa, can't believe I wrote that?, not much could be worse) but rather the effort and funds that the religious businesses, let's face it that's what they are, expend in denying the abuse, protecting the perpetrators and allowing it to continue.
